The staff here are incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist us. They were a big help. the room was spacious and had a really comfy bed and great shower. It also had handy amenities like a hairdryer and even a bidet in the bathroom! 🛁

Plenty of on-site parking, which we required. Hotel only a short walk from the beachfront. Hotel has an elevator. There was a hairdryer in bathroom.
No air-conditioning or 'fridge. Restaurant bill could not be charged to our room account, and we did not enjoy our dinner. The bed was uncomfortable.

Excellent staff........very nice room......lovely hotel......best Internet anywhere.......excellent stay.
Doors are not soundproofed and slam loudly and easily. Gps could not find the address given. The little town, Perola is not on the map.

Quiet place, I liked helpful personnel.
The location was perfect and nice in a pretty area, so close to the Picos mountains and beach / train / downtown. Plus, it was approx 25 mins walk from Playa de Carranques.

staff very friendly and knowledgable, towels changed every day, daily cleaning service, breakfast included in good price, central location in Asturias allows you to reach every destination by car. beautiful landscape around the hotel, no city noise nearby, it is recommended to have a car though there are bus connections to nearby towns
The mattresses are pretty old, nothing for alergic people, there was noise from the train station behind the hotel and from other guests and at breakfast there was no brown bread, just white one.

Spacious and clean rooms, fast and strong wifi, calm surroundings, kind staff, simple but good enough breakfast.
Felt at home instantly, no complaints.

Very helpfully staf food is all Spanish as Brits don't go to this part of Spain this is the green area so it doses rain.

Quaint, friendly, near beaches, good price and value;
Too much smoking outside the front lobby and in general as second hand smoke; staff could have put others in un-used cabins instead of right next door to us in the same cabin which was noisey!

A leisurely stroll along the prom and you arrive at a little town which has a good selection of restaurants and cafes. The people are warm and welcoming. I Particularly recommend a walk around the cliff tops - lovely view over the bay
Couldn't really fault anything apart from the review that states the close proximity to the train line. The trains run infrequentlyduring the day and stop at night. They barely make any noise!

Looked ok from outside.
Old bedding, cheap finishes that are about 30 years old. Location not good, though cheap it still felt like you where getting little for way you paid.
